Requirements:
• Must be highly driven for success and have an extreme
desire to win.
• Must understand that selling is a process and not an
event. We are searching for experienced sales people who
have a true understanding of the selling profession.
• Ability to grow in a business environment and proceed to
the next level of responsibility.
• Ability to sell with a high degree of integrity with the
full understanding that selling is not something you do to
someone - rather, selling is what you do with and for
someone.
• Must have a highly successful track record in sales.
• Past New Home Sales is NOT required but you must have 1-2
years as a selling professional.
