We chose to buy form Centennial Homes because of the quality of homes, the friendly people, and the option to pick how and what we wanted. We originally had bought, or was in the process of buying a home through another dealer in Williston, North Dakota. Our project cost got way out of hand so we decided to look at our options. We checked out Centennial and realized we should have come here in the first place. Instead of buying a display house, we are now buying a brand new home built the way we want it. As a young couple coming to look at our first home, it was wonderful to be treated like we mattered. Other places were not as respectful and polite. Jason walked us through everything; the houses, options, etc. We were treated so wonderfully we didn't want to look anywhere else.

We are moving our house into the Hilltop Estates in Sidney. The trailer court has a deal set up with Majestic Homes and we were told to work with them. We went and looked at what they had and it was far below Centennial Homes. The quality & the manner in which we were treated was not what we expected. We were faced with making a difficult financial decision. We could have gone with Majestic and saved a substantial fee for moving the home in, but we would have had a lower quality house and terrible service. Centennial worked with us on pricing so much we could afford to pay the transportation fee. They worked with the trailer court, tried I guess, and when they couldn't make a deal with them they worked with us. The trailer court made this difficult.

I would recommend Centennial to anyone looking to buy a home.

I am writing this letter today to express how much I appreciate the amazing service I have received from Centennial Homes especially Jason Lillie whom I like to refer to as "my home guy". I am a single mother with 4 children, 2 of which still live at home, and have dreamed for years on owning my own home. I really felt in my heart there was no way to ever make this dream a reality. I remember parking my car in front of Centennial Homes and desperately trying to calm the butterflies in my stomach. Once inside I was greeted by Jason and felt immediately at ease. Jason spent quite a bit of time with me and never once let me feel like owning my own home was impossible. The day after he pulled my credit score he asked me to come in and he went over everything with me. There were a few things we needed to work on so they put me in touch with the right people to help me and have made this process so easy for me it is hard to believe it's true sometimes. Jason has since stayed in constant contact with me letting me know how things were/are progressing every step of the way. When I get scared and start to panic he is awesome at calming me down and reassuring me we are working towards an obtainable goal. I cannot tell you how wonderful he has been to my family and I.

I recently signed a purchase agreement for a new Friendship Manufactured Home.

Mr. Justin Christman asked me to share a few thoughts which helped me make the decision to purchase from Centennial Homes.

1. The quality of construction, the quality of the building materials used, the Pella windows, the Itasca design, the substantial frame and outriggers, overall appearance inside and out were all important factors for me.

2. I requested a few changes including a large Utility Room with deep sink and counter, clothes closet and place for a deep freeze in addition to the existing setups for the washer and clothes dryer, etc. Mr. Christman actually incorporated these changes in his proposed designs and offered me a choice of two of them. This was sincerely appreciated and I did choose one of them.

3. I asked for a large foyer in main entrance with linoleum and clothes closet, ceiling fan in living room, picture window in place of sliding doors in dining room along with linoleum instead of carpet in dining room.

4. I also requested the walls all be taped and textured with the home also becoming "all electric".

5. Having a fairly local crew to setup and also provide any additional needed services also played a significant role in my decision to purchase from Centennial Homes. This home will be delivered to my new residence in rural Valentine, Nebraska upon the sale of my existing property here in rural Williston, North Dakota.

Finally, I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the diligent, enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction which Mr. Christman displayed.
