Offsite Construction Advantages
Building manufactured and modular homes offsite in a controlled environment has many advantages. Modern home construction processes combined with a team of skilled craftsmen allow us to build a stronger and more durable manufactured home. In our method of construction, building materials for both modular homes and manufactured homes are protected from weather damage that can compromise the structural integrity of the home. In addition, our homes are continually inspected throughout the building process not just to meet the appropriate codes but in many instances they are built to exceed the housing codes.

Manufactured homes are houses built entirely in a protected environment under a federal code set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The term “mobile home” describes factory-built homes produced prior to the 1976 HUD Code enactment.
Modular homes are houses that are divided into multiple modules or sections which are manufactured in a remote facility and then delivered to their intended site of use. The modules are assembled into a single residential building using either a crane or trucks. Modular homes are built to the International Residential Building Code or IRC just like any conventional site-built home.
