We are seeking an experienced and talented Location Service Manager to join our team in Rapid City, SD. Here’s your chance to be part of a growing and dynamic company. You will have the opportunity to enhance your career and talents by overseeing the day to day service operations and providing our homeowners with quality customer care. This position is based in Rapid City, SD and requires regular travel into the field using a company vehicle. You must possess a clean driving record to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
· Leading and developing team members. · Prioritizing multiple project needs on a daily basis. · Motivating service personnel and efficiently using labor and equipment to minimize costs and keep the projects on schedule. · Overseeing all service operations, warranty service and customer satisfaction after the sale.
· Reports directly to the Corporate Service Manager
Requirements:
Must have strong construction background and minimum 5 years overseeing others in a leadership role to be considered for this position. Please Do Not Apply unless you have a strong construction background. Experience in the setting and delivering of manufactured or modular homes is preferred but not required.
In-depth Scheduling knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent Communication skills; both written and verbal are necessary – This position requires direct customer contact daily; must be able to effectively communicate in order to resolve specific customer needs quickly and efficiently.
Strong motivation and leadership skills are a must!
